A Child's Mind

People said, the older you are, the wiser you are, and the more opened your eyes would be..

Is it true? Try reading this story I heard from my HRM (Human Resource Management) teacher..

A kindergarten teacher asked a question to her class. She said: "What's the biggest thing in this world?"

A boy said: "My daddy! It's the biggest thing in the world! He can carry me, hug me, put me around his arm!"

Another boy said: "Silly boy. It's an elephant! It's much bigger than your father!"

Then, a girl answered: "The biggest thing in the world is a mountain! It can contain hundreds or thousands of elephants!"

All of a sudden, an usually quiet girl raised her arm and said: "It's my eyes! No matter how big an elephant is, or a mountain is, I can see it all from my eyes! My eyes have to be the biggest thing in the world!"

Have you ever thought of such an answer? Maybe our eyes are not the biggest thing in the world. But, have you ever thought, how great our eyes are, to be able to see all the bigger things in the world? (well, of course physics applies here.. but.. ignore it for a sec please?)

But then, are our eyes the biggest thing in the world? Maybe if we think about it, the answer is no. I think it's our brain, that is bigger. A better memory than any computer in the world. Much faster processing speed. And of course, a better casing (ourselves).

Now, a question is asked to you all. Is it true that the older you are, the more your eyes are opened?
